Special Instructions

We do allow children provided they are receiving a service. We apologize for any inconvenience however we have many hot temperature items (wax, steamers) and sharp (tweezers, scissors) objects in our facility. We would not want a child to be harmed in any way nor you, our guest as well as your technician as all of our services require careful attention to detail and safety.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that you may reschedule up to 12 hours before appointment time with no fee. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Last minute cancellations will result in 50% of service that was scheduled. No show for appointment will result in 100% charge of service. We do understand that life happens and will take that into consideration. Everyone receives one freebie as we know that some things are beyond our control.
